customers, whilst they are on hold.

Once you have agreed the content of your messages, a
professional recording is then produced and then loaded on to your
telephone system.
Each recording is made up of segments of music and speech. The
speech element is the chosen message or messages that you would
like the customer to hear when they are on hold.

We offer a maintenance option for just £10 per month which will
give you 08.00 – 18.00 support Monday to Friday (excluding public
holidays) with a next day response.
Manx Telecom would therefore hold your latest recording on file,
so this can be reloaded at any time, should your existing message
become corrupted. Plus, when you choose to purchase an updated
message for a small fee through Manx Telecom, we will then load
this on to your system as part of your monthly support package.
