On the day of the conference come along to Manx Telecom with all the relevant connection details.

After you have signed in at reception, you will be escorted to the Video Conferencing room where you will be able to enjoy your meeting in a relaxed environment for a fraction of the usual travel time and cost.

Facility Charges

Cancellation charges: Cancellation on the day itself or early cancellation once the call has started will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Call charges

No charges apply for incoming calls when calls are initiated externally.

Calls made via IP connections are also free.

Outgoing dial up over ISDN charges are based on standard call charges per channel. A boardroom solution would typically use 6 channels per call.

The facility has the ability to bridge up to four locations.

The Video Conferencing facility is also available out of normal office hours in order to accommodate meetings with customers and clients based in different time zones.
