We offer the below choices for Web Conferencing. A web meeting is charged at 18p per minute per participant plus one connection charge also at 18p (there may also be an audio charge to add if the audio portion of the web meeting is via Global Meet Me, this will be at the standard 8p per minute rate per participant plus any free phone charges). Prices exclude VAT.

Microsoft Office Live Meeting

Microsoft® Office Live Meeting is a flexible web conferencing service, which can help you eliminate the hassle and costs associated with travelling to face-to-face meetings.

Combine the power of Audio conferencing and Live Meeting within your own virtual meeting room, giving you the ability to share your desktop with your participants. You can share presentations, discuss, edit and view spreadsheets or documents at the same time. Audio conferencing and Live Meeting enables you to have more productive and meaningful meetings.

Use Live Meeting to:

  • Meet with your colleagues, customers and suppliers from wherever they are located to collaborate together. You can share, edit and present any form of document from your PC.
