Support Options

Business – 4 hour response, Monday to Friday

Offers support services for equipment in your data or telephony network. This service provides repair and replacement services with a 4 hour response Monday to Friday but excludes Weekends and bank holidays. Your support contract will cover both hardware and software faults.

Premier – 4 hour response 24x7x365

Offers support services for critical equipment in your data or telephony network. This service provides repair and replacement services with a 4 hour response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Your support contract will cover both hardware and software faults.

Executive – 2 hour response 24x7x365

Offers our highest level of support services for critical equipment in your data or telephony network. This service provides repair and replacement services with a 2 hour response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Your support contract will cover hardware and software faults.
