Our BlackBerry Support and Maintenance services provide flexible and scalable support options designed to meet your company’s needs, regardless of the size or complexity of your BlackBerry deployment.

Installation of new BlackBerry Enterprise Server (including Express)

This is to provision BES/BESE for companies that currently do not use the Enterprise service.  This service includes activation for up to 5 BlackBerry devices.  Activation of any additional devices will be charged at £10 per device.

Maintenance Acceptance Review

Prior to providing maintenance service for an existing setup we would require to carry out a review consisting of the tasks defined as a “BlackBerry Health Check”. Please see below for definition.

BlackBerry Maintenance

Our BlackBerry Maintenance service provides access to highly experienced technical support experts. The service offers the ability to customize a support program that will grow with your business.

 

You’ll have access to features like Health Checks, Software Service Packs, Maintenance Releases and more to help with the stability of your BlackBerry solution.

 

Description Monthly Rental
Maintenance for BES server and up to 5 devices £150.00

Maintenance for additional BlackBerry devices in blocks of up to 5 devices is a further £25.00 per month.

This covers a check of the existing BlackBerry infrastructure. This will identify any current or potential issues with the BlackBerry Enterprise Service.

The follow up report will detail any issues that require resolution and any outstanding maintenance releases or service packs that can be applied.

Software Service Packs and/or Maintenance releases 2 Service Packs + 2 Maintenance Releases

Available for any BlackBerry software components covered under your maintenance subscription.

This will incorporate the installation of any updates, service packs or fixes that have been identified following a Maintenance Acceptance Review.

Major Release Updates 1

Update of major release.

Handset Software Updates 1

New features are often added to the operating systems of the BlackBerry.

This will incorporate a backup, upgrade and restore of the user data.
