configuration of appropriate support arrangements and allows the
customer to tailor the service according to their specific

Manx Telecom support services offer technical support in the
forms of telephone support into our 24x7x365 service centre, remote
support and on site support. Professional services covering
design and consultancy, implementation and project management
services as well as ad hoc support requirements are available
through our sales teams and pricing is available on request.
Support Options
Standard – Next Business Day
Offers support services for non critical equipment in your data
or telephony network. This service provides repair and
replacement services with an 8 hour or next business day
response. Your support contract will cover both hardware and
software faults.
Silver – 4 hour response, 5 days a week
Offers support services for equipment in your data or telephony
network. This service provides repair and replacement
services with a 4 hour response but excludes weekends and bank
holidays. Your support contract will cover both hardware and
software faults.
Gold – 4 hour response 24x7x365
Offers support services for critical equipment in your data or
telephony network. This service provides repair and
replacement services with a 4 hour response 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, and 365 days a year. Your support contract will cover
bothhardware and software faults.
Platinum – 2 hour response 24x7x365
Offers our highest level of support services for critical
equipment in your data or telephony network. This service
provides repair and replacement services with a 2 hour response 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Your support
contract will cover hardware and software faults.
