Notes for Call Charges

For fixed network calls, there is a minimum call charge of 6p except for free calls and calls with a fixed fee element. Calls are charged per second thereafter. All rates shown per minute and include 17.5% VAT.  Call charges are rounded up the nearest 10th of a penny but are indicative only.
