Operating System level. Complimented by Manx Telecom’s internet
and/or global private connectivity solutions, it is particularly
appropriate for customers requiring Data Centre facilities outside
of, or complementary to, their own and is perfect if (for legal or
tax purposes) IT platforms and Internet transactions need to be
processed offshore and the customer does not wish to employ or base
a significant IT team on the Island.
The service is also ideal for organisations sensitive to loss,
disruption, or degradation of online or IT services, who require a
Data Centre or disaster recovery solution, and offers guaranteed
service availability and out of hours support, 24 hours a day,
seven days a week, 365 days a year.
We will also look after all managed service equipment to
manufacturers’ warranty standards, hold dedicated hardware spares
and offer stringent service level agreements providing customers
with peace of mind and guaranteed fix times.
