Delivery and Virtual Delivery

A message sent to a mobile on another operator’s network will either be sent directly to your recipient’s mobile device, or when this is not possible, the picture will be forwarded to a web portal.  A picture sent to a web portal is referred to as virtual delivery and a text message is sent to the destination mobile device containing the web address, a unique user id and password allowing the mobile user to retrieve the picture that has been sent to them and respond to the message.

The table below lists the current Operators and Countries with direct delivery.  This list will be added to on a regular basis.
