Customised Messages
Online SMS also enables the sending of bulk customised messages
to individual mobiles, e.g:
"Hello, Mrs Smith your appointment has been made for
3pm."
"Hello, Mr Jones your appointment has been made for
11am."
Two-way service
The Online SMS service allows recipients of your SMS messages to
reply using a unique number. These reply SMS messages can either be
viewed via your online account or forwarded to a designated email
account. Offering an ideal way for mobile personnel to keep the
office informed of their activity, and for management to deploy
them more effectively. It also enables customers to come back with
real-time responses to marketing activity, for example, to order
products or request product literature – direct from their GSM
mobile phone.
