Marcus joined Manx Telecom in 2010 at a pivotal time in its development. This first Senior Management appointment since the company’s change of ownership in June 2010 signals the company’s fresh impetus to grow both on and off island business.

‘I hope I can play my part in helping to enhance Manx Telecom’s reputation. There’s never been a more exciting time in telecoms and the company is perfectly positioned to help shape the future of the Isle of Man.’    

With over 18 years experience in senior positions with several leading companies in the IT and telecoms industry, Marcus has a successful track record in both the traditional side of the telecoms business and also hands-on experience in new cutting edge technologies.

Prior to Manx Telecom he was Global Sales Director of Mobile Tornado Plc, part of the InTechnology Group of companies, responsible for the development of innovative software solutions for both mobile network operators and service providers.

Earlier roles include, within InTechnology, helping to establish the significant growth of its managed voice services division, and also leadership positions with the likes of Mercury Communications, Kingston Communications and BT Wholesale.

Marcus is married to Zoe and has 2 children Jade and Matthew. His interests include walking, with his 2 dogs helping to keep him fit.
