Your ebill will be sent as an ecrypted attachment in an email.
You will need to download and install the Decoder onto any computer
that you wish to use to view your ebill. Please follow the
instructions below.

- Press the download link below to get the latest version.
- A window will then open asking what you would like to do with
SetupxRe.exe. Click 'Run' and the download will begin.
- You may then see an 'Internet Explorer - Security Warning'
window, if you do click 'Run' again.
- The Decoder Setup Wizard will then begin and guide you through
the rest of the installation.
Decoder is designed to run on Windows 2000, XP,
Vista and Windows 7 operating systems.

- Press the download link below to get the latest version.
- A window will then open asking what you would like to do with
'Dynamic Report Decoder.dmg'. Click 'Run' and the download will
begin.
- The Decoder Setup Wizard will then begin and guide you through
the rest of the installation. It is as simple as dragging the
decoder icon over the applications folder.
Decoder is designed to run on Apple Mac operating
systems Tiger (v10.4) and Leopard (v10.5), the minimum version
supported is 10.4.6

How to use the Decoder
You will need access to an email account because your ebill will
arrive in the form of an email.
The ebill itself will be embedded into the email as an encrypted
attachment.
Running the attachment (usually double click) will launch the
Decoder software.
The ebill decoder window will appear, enter your password, i.e.
your customer account number and click 'Open Report.'
Your ebill will then automatically open in your default web
browser.
Important Note
If you intend viewing your ebill at your workplace, please check
with your Network Administrator before attempting to install the
Decoder.
