Service Care
Broadband comes with Service Care Level 4 which can be enhanced
to Service Care Level 2. Level 2 provides a priority fault
resolution service for customers. The benefits of Service Care
Level 2 are:
- Faults cleared by 5pm on the next working days following
report
- Operates between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday including IOM
Public Holidays
- Chargeable out of hours engineering attendance available upon
request
Service Care Level 2 costs £3.30 extra per month on your
broadband rental. You will need to upgrade your phone line rental
to Service Care Level 2 for which there is an additional charge.

Package
Minimum term is 12, 18 or 24 months. Ultima Unlimited 18
months, capped 24 months. Ebilling is mandatory for Ultima and
all new ADSL2+ connections.
Speed
Speeds listed are up to 16Mbps (Megabits per second) downstream
and up to 832Kbps (Kilobits per second) upstream for ADSL2+ or
40Mbps downstream and 2Mbps for Ultima.
Actual speeds received received are dependent on many factors
including the telephone line length and are not guaranteed.
Monthly Data
Allocation of monthly throughput data available during each
calendar month. If you reach your data limit of 15 Gigabytes (GB),
40 gigabytes or 150 gigabytes your connection speed is
significantly reduced.
Cap Release
If you choose to pay to release there is an online page to use
with a credit or debit card which provides automatic release.
Offers
Free routers and half priced rental are available on 18
month terms on ADSL2+ and Ultima packages (exceptions apply).
