Request my Migration Authorisation Code
The Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) process has been designed with the agreement of the Isle of Man Communications Commission and local Service Providers (SP) to ensure that there is sufficient customer consent when migrating a Broadband service and also to ensure that, when migrating, any disruption to service is kept to a minimum.

I wish to move my Broadband service from Manx Telecom
For Fibre broadband your number can be found on the Fibre wall socket. If you are unsure of your Fibre number please contact Manx Telecom on 624 624.
On successful submission of the form we will post the MAC to your Manx Telecom billing address for the telephone or fibre number you enter. This letter will be posted out within 2 working days. You should then contact your new ISP and inform them of the MAC, they will then be able to process your request to move your broadband service.
Important Information
- The MAC is valid for 30 days.
- The issuing of a MAC, nor its expiry, does not constitute a request to cease service.
- The MAC will only be posted out to the account holder, a MAC will not be provided by telephone or email.
- A new MAC will not be issued if an existing MAC for the broadband service is still valid for a telephone number or fibre number.
