Simple - We promise that we will give you the best mobile phone prices you can get on the Isle of Man.

What are the terms of our Price Match Promise?

If within 14 days of purchasing a mobile phone from us, you provide us with proof that one of our Isle of Man competitors is offering an identical mobile phone to the one that you have just purchased from us on comparable network contract terms at a lower price, then you will qualify for our Price Match Promise.

In order to validate your claim we will need to be provided with printed literature or a link to the Isle of Man retailer’s website where you found the deal.

Our Price Match Promise does not apply to typographical errors, second-hand phones, auction sales (or the web-based equivalent) or phones sold at local or special events e.g. grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales. The cheaper mobile phone that is to be the basis of your claim under our Price Match Promise must be brand new, boxed and an identical make and model to the mobile phone that you purchased from us and it must be readily available in stock at the place of purchase.

The price for comparison should include all associated costs and extras. For example, a mobile phone sold with a pay monthly service plan, will include the handset price plus the total rental charges over the contract period. It will also include any delivery/handling charge or other extra costs (if any). The price for comparison cannot include any special vouchers or other enticement offers that may be available from time to time from our competitors.

Our Price Match Promise is offered at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to withdraw or change its terms any time.

How do I claim under the Price Match Promise?

To register your claim under the Price Match Promise, please send an email to our Mobile Sales Team.

What do I receive if my claim is successful?

Once we have validated your claim, the price difference will be either credited to your Manx Telecom account or will be provided as Top-up vouchers in the case of ‘pay as you go’ customers.

Irrespective of the applicability of our Price Match Promise, all mobile phones and other equipment that we sell and services that we provide remain subject to our general terms and conditions, the latest version of which can be found by clicking here.
