I’ve lost my confirmation document, what should I
do?
A: Simply go to www.mt.im/cinema and then follow the ‘Book here’
link button. Re-enter your mobile number and promotion code on the
form presented and you will be taken back to the confirmation
page.
I’ve not received a confirmation SMS, does this matter
if I have my confirmation print out?
A: No – there may have been a problem sending the text to your
mobile phone or it may have been delayed but this does not affect
your booking.
Can I book seats via the internet on my mobile
phone?
A: You can book tickets via the internet on any device, but you
do still need to print out your confirmation which acts as your
ticket.
I’ve lost/deleted the text you sent me with the
promotional code, how do I get a copy of the code sent to my
phone?
A: Simply go to www.mt.im/cinema and then follow the ‘Register
here’ link button. Re-enter your mobile number on the form
presented. Instead of being sent an invitation you will receive a
promotion code for any current offer.
What is the maximum age for children’s
tickets?
A: Age 11 and under
Can I use my SMS confirmation
A: No, we request that you bring your print out to the cinema as
this is your ticket.
If for any reason, you lose your confirmation en route to the
cinema, please present your confirmation SMS/text to the cinema Box
Office and they will be able to issue you with a new ticket.
I didn’t receive a code
In order that as many customers as possible can enjoy the
benefits of 2 for 1 cinema tickets, Manx Telecom reserves the right
to limit the number of screenings for which each customer can apply
for tickets. You will receive a code each time you are eligible to
apply for tickets.
The security settings on my PC say there is
a problem with the security on the web page and not to
proceed
As we are taking payments we have to use a secure
connection. Your browser tries to ensure that the secure
connection 'fits' with certificates held on your PC. If
they don't then your system gives a message that it couldn't
validate the connection and gives you the option to proceed at your
own risk. You can take the option to continue to the
requested page.
