• Seat allocation for movie tickets purchased via this website is on a "best available" basis and is carried out by a prescribed computer program. By selecting movie tickets via this website you agree that:

(a) you will accept the seat allocated by Manx Telecom/Palace Cinema to each seat selected; and

(b) Manx Telecom/Palace Cinema has made no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat, row or section of the relevant cinema.

• Cinema tickets are offered on a 2 for 1 basis with the cheaper priced ticket being free.
• No returns or transfers are accepted.
• In order that as many customers as possible can enjoy the benefits of 2 for 1 cinema tickets, Manx Telecom reserves the right to limit the number of screenings for which each customer can apply for tickets. You will receive a code each time you are eligible to apply for tickets.
• You agree that we may at our discretion, refuse to provide movie tickets to you or withdraw any movie tickets from availability from this website.
• Movie tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the Office of Film and Literature Classification. Where concession (child) tickets are purchased, suitable identification must be presented upon entry to the cinema.
• A child is any person aged 11 years or younger.
• ID may be required as proof of age for films rated 12, 12A, 15 and 18
• Your confirmation is YOUR TICKET, so please keep this safe and present this at screen 1 on arrival.
