Low User Choice

If you only make very few calls and don't want Internet access, but simply need a line for emergency calls, this option gives you telephone service at budget cost. Higher call charges do apply - typically twice our standard rates, with a minimum call charge of 10.57p (exclusions apply).

Notes for Call Charges

For calls made on Low User choice, there is a minimum call charge of 10.57p (excludes free calls and calls with fixed fee element). Calls are charged per second and rates shown include VAT.  Call charges are rounded up the nearest half penny but are indicative only.

For customers not on a Choice tariff please call 624 624 for call charges.

Low User Choice Exclusions

No Direct Debit discount available.

Low User Choice is NOT available to customers with :

• a business line (including ISDN)
• another line at the same or any other address
• a line used only as a burglar alarm
• a line that cannot make outgoing calls
• a line that cannot receive incoming calls
• a payphone
• a switchboard or PBX system
• a line having Unmetered Internet Access or broadband

Low User Choice cannot be:

• used in conjunction with network by-pass and/or indirect access numbers
• converged with other fixed or mobile accounts
• ebilled (ebill discount is not available)
