New Home or Moving House?
Manx Telecom are aware of the stresses when moving house or into
a new home.
To make the process of transferring your phone services as
simple and efficient as possible, please note the following:
New Home?
You will need to complete an application form and direct debit
details if you are not a current Manx Telecom customer, or have not
had an account with us in the past twelve months. These forms are
available from our shop in Victoria Street Douglas, or from our
Sales Team by calling us on +44 (0)1624 624 624.
Moving House?
If you are moving home, please contact us at least 7 working
days before you move, so we can make all the necessary arrangements
to stop services in your current property. This will make sure that
we do not charge you for calls made from your old address once you
have moved. We can then send a final bill to your new address.
