Ultima is subject to availability on your line. We will always provide the best speed possible that your line can technically deliver. The actual speed you achieve is dependent on several factors such as the wiring in your premises, the processing power of your computer(s), how many people are sharing your Broadband connection at the same time, whether you are using a wireless or cable connection to your router, the speed of the websites you visit and how we manage our network. Speeds can be lower at peak times.
