How can I Pay my Bill?

Payment Options

There are several payment options available when it comes to settling your bill. More information is printed on the reverse of your bill however please see below for a summary of the different payments methods.

By Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a quick and easy way to make sure that future payments are not missed. Approximately 10 working days after you have received your bill, we will claim the full amount from your bank account.

The Direct Debit Guarantee includes safeguards to ensure we only claim payment if you are happy.

If you would like to pay by Direct Debit please call Customer Accounts on 624624.

By Bank Giro Credit

Complete the counterfoil and hand it with your payment to your bank within 14 days of receiving the bill. Make cheques payable to 'Manx Telecom Ltd.'

Pay Online

You can pay online through our website but you will need to register first for My Account. Once you have registered you will receive your username by post and this will enable you to login. A number of options are available in My Account including a pay account facility.

By Credit or Debit card

You may pay your account by credit or debit card by calling us on 624624 within 14 days of receiving the bill.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept Switch, Visa and MasterCard.

By Post

Cheques should be made payable to 'Manx Telecom Ltd' and sent with the tear-off counterfoil at the bottom of the bill to:

Please write your telephone or account number onthe back of the cheque and, if it covers more than one bill, send all relevant counterfoils.

At any Isle of Man Post Office

Within 14 days of receiving the bill, present it and your payment to any Isle of Man Post Office. If paying by cheque, please make payable to the 'Isle of Man Post Office.'
