Compose

With the Compose screen you can change how
emails are displayed:
- Compose Format - HTML or Plain Text
- Compose Font - Choose the Font and size of the
font for your outgoing messages
- Text Encoding - How the text is encoded
- Spell Check Dictionary - This is set as
English by default
- Forwarding Method - Whether emails are
forwarded as attachments or as text in the email
- Auto Save Frequency - How often emails are
saved as a draft when composing
- Reply Header Type - Changes the type of email
header that is used with email replies
- Reply Text Indicator - Used within a replied
email to indicate which is text from the original email
- Other available options are:
- Enable inclusion of previous replies in reply
- this will keep all messages in the email if there is a long email
trail
- Enable Sent Items Folder - Shows the Sent
folder to allow you to see messages you have sent via Webmail
- Enable read receipts by default - this will
request a read receipt when you send an email, if the receipt is
accepted you will receive an email advising that your message has
been read
- Enabled trusted sender for webmail recipients
- Select this option to automatically add email addresses which you
have sent email to your trusted senders list so they are never
trapped as spam
- If you make any changes remember to click
