The Webmail settings screen allows you to change how Webmail is displayed for you:

    • Initial Page on Login - Choose between the My Today Page and My Inbox
    • Display Format - Choose between HTML to give dynamic content or Plain Text
    • Sort Messages by - Choose the order of your messages and whether they are ascending or descending:
      • From
      • Subject
      • Size
      • Date
    • Delete Action - Choose whether deleted mails are sent to the Deleted Items folder, Auto Purge folder where they are immediately deleted, Marked as Deleted or Marked as Deleted and hidden from view
    • Preview Pane - Choose whether the Preview Pane is displayed and where it is displayed - on the right of the page, on the bottom of the page or not shown at all
    • Other options are:
      • Enable automatic preview
      • Enable automatic mark as read for previewed messages
      • Disable reminders for appointments and tasks
      • Enable animations
  • If you make any changes remember to click Save
