Auto-Responder

The Auto-Responder is used to send an sutomated reply to
received emails. A common example of this is the Out Of Office
message.
- To ser your Auto-Responder meseage tick the box Enable
auto-responder
- Ticking the Disable responses to indirect mail
box will not send a response to any mail received through a mailing
list, a forwarded emails or via an email Alias
- The Limit responses to once daily option will
naturally only send a response to a recipient once a day.

- Click the Auto-Responder Message button to
create the message you want to send in either plain text or
HTML
- If you want to make any changes remember to click
Save
