Folder Auto-Clean is used to automatically delete items in a folder when the folder reaches a certain size or when items have been in the folder for a certail amount of time.

• To change the Auto-Clean settings select Override auto-clean settings for this account and click Add Rule

• Select the folder you wish to auto-clean
• To clean by size:
  • Set the Type to Size
  • Folder Size Before Auto-Clean is the size the folder reaches when Auto-Clean is activated
  • Folder Size After Auto Clean is the size your folder is reduced to
  • Tick the box Enable auto-clean on this folder
  • Click Save

• To clean by date:
  • Set the Type to Date
  • Set the Mail Age for emails to be cleaned
  • Tick the box Enable auto-clean on this folder
  • Click Save
