E-Biz Webmail Support

You can change the actions taken to emails that are marked as spam by the E-Biz Spam servers. By default, emails are marked in the subject line as potentially being spam:

The current weights that are used by the E-Biz Spam Servers to identify Spam are not user editable:

• To change the action taken select Override spam settings for this account and click Actions

• For the Low, Medium and High Probability options select either:
  • No Action
  • Delete Message
  • Move to Junk E-Mail Folder
  • Add Text to Subject
    • If you select this option you are shown a text entry box to enter your message
• When you have chosen your Actions click Save
