Forgotten Your Manxnet Email Password
To retreive your Manxnet email password you need to contact our
Service Centre on 624 624 at any time.
Our Customer Service Advisors will ask you the Security Question
associated with your account and once this has been correctly
answered they will give you your password.
What if I can't remember my Security Answer?
If you cannot remember the answer to your Security Question our
Customer Service Advisors can send the password via SMS to the
mobile number we have on file if you entered one at the time of
signing up for this email address.
If there is no mobile number we can post the password out to the
postal address that is held on file if you entered one at the time
of signing up for this email address.
What if I did not fill out online form correctly when signing
up for the address?
If you did not complete the online form correctly, cannot answer
the Security Question or are unable to confirm the address that is
shown on file then you can either visit the Manx Telecom
Headquarters or one of our retails shops with photographic
identification or you will need to submit a request in writing for
your password.
You must provide adequate means of identification with your
letter, e.g.copy of passport signed by one of the following
professionally qualified people as a witness;
- Member of Tynwald
- Minister of Religion
- Advocate
- Bank Officer
- Civil Servant
- School Teacher
- College Lecturer
- Police Officer
- Parish Official
- Doctor
