My Account is an easy to use application that allows you to
manage your phone accounts - and more - online.
What can it do?
Once you have registered for My Account you can:
- Choose ebilling - click here for more information
- Use Call Analyst to view your unbilled calls
- Pay your account by credit or debit card
- View and report faults
- Send text messages from your computer
Registering for My Account
To register for My Account you will need your account number and
an invoice number; you can find these on your last phone bill.
Complete the online application form and we will send
your login details by post for security to your billing
