My Account

My Account is an easy to use application that allows you to manage your phone accounts - and more - online.

What can it do?

Once you have registered for My Account you can:

  • Choose ebilling - click here for more information
  • Use Call Analyst to view your unbilled calls
  • Pay your account by credit or debit card
  • View and report faults
  • Send text messages from your computer
  • Register for PAYG mobile Reward Points and print a voucher to spend in our Shop
  • Manage your PAYG mobile Text 2 Top-up and Auto Top-up preferences
  • View your broadband usage history (capped services only) 

Registering for My Account

To register for My Account complete the online application form.   To then register your phone account you will need your account number and a recent invoice number; you can find these on your phone bill.
