Fixed Line Service Customer Accounts
Bills for fixed line telephone service are generally issued on a
monthly basis except where the particular tariff dictates
otherwise. The main elements of your bill are:
- The cost of calls made from your phone.
- Charges for calls via an operator.
- Advance rental for your phone line and any equipment or
services you may rent from us.
- One-off charges i.e. fee for connection or installation
- Discounts applicable to the tariff
- VAT at the current rate
Mobile Customer Accounts
Pay Monthly Mobile service bills are issued monthly. The main
elements of your bill are:
- Direct dialled and roaming call charges.
- GPRS / 3G data charges
- Text and / or picture messaging charges
- Advance rental for your mobile service and any equipment or
services you may rent from us.
- Discounts applicable to the tariff
- VAT at the current rate
Account Convergence
It is possible to converge separate fixed line accounts and / or
pay monthly mobile accounts onto one converged phone account.
You will need to complete Account Convergence forms; these are
available for download on this page or you can request the forms by
contacting us on 624624.
Ebill
You may choose to receive your phone bill electronically. We
will send your bill as an encrypted file by email to your nominated
email address. To access your bill you will need to download a
decoder from our website; the email you receive with your ebill
also includes a link to the decoder.
To receive an ebill you will need to register your fixed line
phone account, pay monthly mobile account or converged account
beforehand with our My Account service. You will need to login to
My Account, select "Management & E-Billing" link and follow the
steps to change to ebill.
Ebill Discount
When your fixed line is ebilled we will give you a 50p discount
off the line rental for each fixed line on that account.
