How to apply for My Account
Applying for My Account is easy, simply the visit the My Account
sign up page and complete the online application form. You will
need one of your last 4 phone bills to help you complete the
application as you will be asked for some information that is shown
on the bill.
When we have received your application you will be sent a
username, this will be addressed to the account holder and will be
posted to the billing address for the telephone service. The
username letter will not include a reminder of the
password entered on the application form.
You will not be able to login to My Account until you receive
your username.
A Note about Registrations
My Account does not permit duplicate registrations of telephone
accounts. If you cannot register for My Account it is possible that
the account is already registered. Please contact us on 624624
during ordinary office hours Monday to Friday for assistance.
