Intermittent mobile network
problems experienced by some of our off-Island customers yesterday
(Tuesday 4 March), have now been resolved.
The root cause identified at
23.00 yesterday was due to a unique set of un-forecast
circumstances, leading to unparalleled network load.
We have closely monitored the network since that time
to mitigate any further issues.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
