Manx Telecom announces appointment of Paul Marriott as Account Director

Paul Marriott has been appointed Account Director at Manx Telecom as the company further strengthens its support to business clients.

It is in fact a return for Paul who, having been born and raised in the Isle of Man, began his career at Manx Telecom where he spent 14 years with the company before taking a break to work in account management roles outside the business.  This included positions at Skanco and Viking Office Systems as well as the past 11 years as Account Director at Sure.

He will now focus on supporting Manx Telecom’s Enterprise clients, helping them to source and manage the best technical solutions for their operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

“Being back at Manx Telecom feels like coming home,” said Paul. “It’s great to be part of the team again, helping to deliver the very best solutions and service to our customers.

“Account management is all about relationship building, creating trust and engagement with clients, and the Manx Telecom corporate team are all as passionate as me about providing excellent experience and service.

“I find it very exciting to be at the forefront of evolving technologies. Despite my 23 years of local account management experience, no two days are ever the same and I am looking forward to working with businesses across the different sectors in the Isle of Man.”

Commenting on the appointment, Manx Telecom’s Head of Corporate Sales Scott Bradley said: “We are delighted to have Paul return to the fold and resume his career with Manx Telecom.

“Paul is well known in the Island’s business fraternity for his customer focus and strong relationships which fit perfectly with our corporate team’s supportive ethos. His extensive experience and knowledge of the local market will assist in driving forward our business development plans and I’m confident that Paul will deliver best value to his customers, helping them to realise the benefits of our products and services. I look forward to working closely with him and wish him the best of success in his new role.”
