UK fixed lines include numbers beginning 01, 02 & 03. Excludes calls starting 05, 07, 08 & 09.
UK mobiles include numbers allocated to UK mobile network operators that provide mobile service with substantial national coverage, but may exclude 07 number ranges which Manx Telecom reasonably believes are being used for call forwarding services or revenue share services.
Calls to the RoI will be charged depending on whether the number called is identified as terminating on a fixed or mobile network by MT.

Notes for Call Charges

A 19p call set-up charge applies, calls charged in 60 seconds increments (excludes free calls and fixed fee calls).  Call charges are per minute, include VAT, rounded up to the nearest half penny but are indicative only.

084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers

Calls to 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers consist of an MT access charge of 16p (inc VAT) per minute, with the remainder going to the provider of the service.

Low User Choice Exclusions

Star Services and Groups Call Free are not available on this tariff.

Low User Choice is NOT available to customers with:

  • a business line (including ISDN)
  • another line at the same or any other address
  • a line having Broadband
  • a line used only as a burglar alarm
  • a line that cannot make outgoing calls
  • a line that cannot receive incoming calls
  • a payphone
  • a switchboard or PBX system

Low User Choice cannot be:

  • used in conjunction with network by-pass and/or indirect access numbers
  • converged with other fixed or mobile accounts
  • ebilled
