Choosing the right tariff plan ...

Make sure your fixed line is on the right tariff! Getting yourself on the right plan could reduce your overall monthly phone charges. We've a range of tariffs to suit different calling patterns.

Network Features

Consider how you use your phone and what services you need, for example caller display and voicemail. Compare this to what's included in each of our Choice plans.

Calling Patterns

Think about when you make your calls. If you're on a tariff that offers lower off-peak call charges, try making your calls after 7pm or at the weekend.

Do you often make long calls? If the answer is yes then consider a tariff that provides free calls and capped calls for up to an hour, remember though that charges apply after an hour. If you want your free call to remain free simply hang up and start again!

If you're running a business and your calling patterns mean that the majority of your calls are made at peak times consider how a change of tariff could save you money and provide better value when you make those calls.
