Calls to IOM, UK, Rep of Ireland and Channel Island Fixed Lines and Mobiles

With effect from 8th August 2019 we will be making some changes to the out of bundle call charge rates that apply on all our pay monthly mobile tariff plans and pay as you go mobile.  The new rates which will also include a call set up charge will apply to calls made to IOM, UK, Rep of Ireland and Channel Islands Fixed Lines and Mobiles once any inclusive allowance provided with the calling plan has been used up.

Calls to International Fixed Lines and Mobiles

Additionally, effective from the same date, we will be increasing call charge rates to some international destinations and the call set up fee that applies.

Data

The out of bundle charge that applies for on-island data usage on all pay monthly mobile plans will be increasing.

Call Set Up Charge

Call set up charge will apply at all times to out of bundle calls.  Free calls, within inclusive allowance calls and calls to service numbers, 084, 087, 09 and 118 directory enquiry numbers are excluded.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to terminate the affected part of our agreement, i.e. your pay monthly or pay as you go calling plan, if we have made a change that materially disadvantages you.

If you are within your minimum term period and have a valid reason to terminate our agreement prior to the contract end date, you may do so without incurring an early termination charge for the provision of your mobile tariff plan.  Any mobile handset or device bought as part of a tariff package or under a separate handset purchase scheme is not affected and should you decide to cancel your calling plan you will be liable for any remaining payments due.  Please refer to our website and the Consumer General Terms and Conditions (section 40) for details.  If you are within your minimum term period and have a valid reason to terminate our agreement prior to the contract end date, you may do so without incurring an early termination charge for the provision of mobile services (calls, texts and data).  If this applies, you will be able to cancel your mobile services contract up to and including the 9th September  2019.  Charges will be back dated to the 8th August, 2019, the date on which the new rates applied.

Paper Bill
The charge for receiving a paper bill will increase to £2.10 (inc VAT) effective from the 1st August 2019.  This change will affect fixed line and pay monthly mobile services.
