* Basic and Low User customers will not be able to make free calls from the home phone to mobiles linked to the account. Calls between the mobiles and from the mobiles to the home phone will still be free of charge.

Eligibility Criteria

At least one member of the family must be on a Smart 15GB tariff or above. myFamily tariffs are subject to a minimum term of 12 months.
