Online case reporting system
Manx Telecom’s preferred method for reporting faults and requests is to use the online reporting system. The reporting system allows Partners to report faults and requests on-line, add notes to existing reports, and view the status and comments on these cases. The service is accessed using a secure username and password which has been provided to the Partner.
If a Partner is unable to access the online system, they can email a fault or requests to Manx Telecom using the following e-mail address:
