You can reset your Manxnet email password within webmail here:
https://mail.manx.net/webmail and click on Forgot your password? Reset it
You should enter your full email address and the security code and click on send. An email with a link to reset your password will then be sent to the alternative email address specified in your Webmail/Options.
If you do not have an alternative email address set up in Webmail/Options and are unable to access Webmail either then please contact our Technical Support on 624624 or complete our online contact us form and someone will contact you.
What if you did not fill out correct details when registering the email address?
If you did not complete the online form correctly, cannot answer the Security Question (if a legacy account) or are unable to confirm the mobile/fixed phone numbers or postal address that is shown on file then you can either visit our Headquarters or our retail shop with photographic identification together with a request in writing. We will then be able to arrange for your password to be reset.
