The Broadband upgrade process

Our team will help you through the following process. Getting the right package to fit your home and requirements will greatly enhance your broadband experience.


Upgrade next steps:

Copper to Copper - Upgrading from one copper broadband plan to another. If you are upgrading from our Essentials plan, an engineer visit will be required. If you are upgrading from any of our other plans, we will be able to configure your upgrade remotely once your application has been completed.

Copper to Fibre - Upgrading from copper broadband to fibre broadband. This requires new fibre service to be installed to your property.

Fibre to Fibre - Upgrading from one fibre broadband plan to another. No engineer is required and once the upgrade application is completed remotely configure your upgrade to the new plan.
