What’s required for Talk Over Fibre?
All Talk Over Fibre plans require a fibre broadband package. The router we provide for our fibre broadband is used for both your internet access and the Talk Over Fibre service. Use your existing cordless DECT phone, or see our latest handset options in our Strand Street Store.
Talk Only Fibre
Talk Only plans are delivered over a limited Fibre service unsuitable for internet use. If you only need telephone service and do not need the internet then Talk Only is the plan for you.

If you’ve got fibre broadband then Talk Over Fibre is a great option that lets you use fibre for your voice calls too. Use your existing cordless phone or see our range in our Strand Street Store. You can keep the same number but there’s no need to pay for a landline!
Talk over Fibre without Internet
You can choose to take Talk Over Fibre voice plans without an internet service although you will still require a fibre broadband connection.

24 month minimum term applies to all Talk Over Fibre plans
Low User is billed quarterly and comes with Service Care Level 4 which cannot be upgraded. Exclusions apply on this tariff.
Paper Bill - All plans include free e-billing. A charge of £4.20 per month is applied where customers choose to receive a paper bill.
