Fault Reporting
If you need to log a problem for investigation please contact
our Service Centre on 624 624 at any time 24x7x365, or report
a fault here.
Please note that if non maintained equipment or internal wiring
is found to be causing a fault, engineering charges may be
raised. If you are unsure what equipment is maintained on your
line, call the service centre for advice.
Safety in a Storm
Thunderstorms can cause problems with electrical equipment
including telephone lines and broadband services. We've prepared a
leaflet that provides hints and tips on how to prevent damage to
equipment connected to your telephone line before a thunderstorm
occurs.
