Ceasing your Pay As You Go Service

To cease your service and recover any credit in your account, send the SIM card and SIM certificate to Prepay Mobile Sales at MT’s main office. Include your name and address and we will refund your prepay credit within 5 working days. We will not refund you the cost of the handset or SIM pack.

Checking your Pay As You Go Account Status

  1. Dial 1243 from your mobile phone and press GREEN BUTTON (1) Option 1 is only available on Island
  2. Key in *#143# GREEN BUTTON (1); the balance, bundled text status and account expiry date will be displayed on your handset.

(1) Depending on the type of phone you have, these buttons may be referred to as send/end. The term GREEN BUTTON is used as an example.
