Network Status

Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    We are pleased to report that there are no issues on our Broadband network.

  • Mobile

    Wednesday 8th October 2025 - INC0231232

    Manx Telecom are aware of reduced mobile coverage in the Union Mills area. Engineers are currently working to restore full service. 

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

     

    Wednesday 15th October 2025 - CHG0063766

    Manx Telecom engineers will be performing an update on our Billing platform.

    Prepay mobile top ups and balance enquiries will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window.

  • Fixed Line

    Wednesday 15/10/2025 - CHG0063739

    Manx Telecom engineers will be performing planned works on the fixed network. During this change customers in the Douglas Central area will lose dial tone while the maintenance is carried out for up to 10 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
