Please note that if the engineer attends your property and finds that the problems you’re experiencing are due to your own equipment, or if he attends and finds that your line is working correctly to the Network Termination Point, a charge will be raised. If you are unsure what equipment is maintained on your line, call the service centre on 624 624 for advice.
