We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new voicemail
service, which we hope you'll find useful in managing
your messages.
What do I need to do?
Simply dial 121 to access your voicemail. You’ll be asked
by the system to create a four digit Personal Identification Number
(PIN). Once this is done, you’ll then be able to access your
mailbox and set a new greeting as you wish.
There are very few differences between collecting your messages
on the new service and the old voicemail service. To help you,
we’ve added some frequently asked questions.
With the new system, you will now be able to access your
messages securely over the internet, choose to have your voice
messages delivered by email and much more.
