Manx Telecom inks 5 year SaaS deal with Cerillion
Manx Telecom has agreed a new five-year deal with leading customer relationship management systems provider Cerillion. This strategic relationship allows Manx Telecom to continuously build, innovate and improve its services and customer experience.
Widely acclaimed as an innovator in its field, Cerillion will provide Manx Telecom with its Cerillion 8 package which includes the Evergreen Software-as-a-Service solution, a high performance, flexible billing and transaction engine that automates payments and renewals processes through a private cloud platform. Bringing enhanced customer experience and customer service efficiency, the service will also provide future opportunities to benefit from evolving digital technologies,

Manx Telecom has enjoyed a long term strategic partnership with Cerillion dating back to 1997. In 2006, Cerillion helped Manx Telecom become the first combined fixed and mobile telecommunications company in the world to gain British Approvals Board for Telecommunications assurance approval for its billing and pricing accuracy.
