Network Status

Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

     

    Monday 8th August to Friday 12th August 2022 - CHG0050846

    Engineers will be performing an upgrade on the Fibre Broadband network that will result in a loss of FTTP Service for up to 20 minutes for some customers in the following areas:

    Bray Hill, Victoria Road, Summerhill Road, Queens Promenade, Willaston, Governors Hill, Governors Road, Glencrutchery Road, Onchan Precinct, Whitebridge to Baldrine Park, Baldrine, Baldrine to Laxey, Ballanard Road, Abbeylands, Tromode, Mount Rule, Braddan, Baldwin, Glen Vine & Crosby.

    Maintenance window: 08/08/2022 00:01 to 12/08/2022 08:00

    In the first instance if a router does not automatically reconnect it is suggested to reboot it before contacting your Service Provider.

     

    Tuesday 16th August to Friday 19th August 2022 - CHG0050955

    Engineers will be performing an upgrade on the Fibre Broadband network that will result in a loss of FTTP Service for up to 20 minutes for some customers in the following areas:

Our shop opens: Mon/Weds/Thurs/Fri/Sat 9am-5.30pm; Tues 10am-5.30pm; Sun 12pm-4pm.
