Network Status

Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    Sunday 16th June - INC0226891

    Manx Telecom are aware of a copper network issue in the Onchan area and are working to resolve the issue on priority.

    Affected customers may experience copper DSL issues until the repairs have been completed.

    Sunday 16th June - INC0227235

    Manx Telecom are aware of an issue affecting Fibre customers in Well Road House Market Street, Douglas. Engineers will repair the damaged Fibre cable when advised it is safe to do so. 

    Customers affected may lose fibre connection until the repairs are made.

  • Mobile

    Sunday 16th June - INC0227250

    Manx Telecom are aware of an issue in the Grandstand area that may cause some customers to experience reduced 4G mobile coverage.

    Manx Telecom are aware of an intermittent issue affecting 3G coverage in the beach area of Port Erin.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

     

    Wednesday 19th June - CHG0058678

    Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance on our Mobile Network.

    Prepay mobile customers may be unable to send or receive MMS messages between 22:00 19th June and 04:00 20th June.

  • Fixed Line

    Sunday 16th June - INC0226891

    Monday 24th June - CHG0058608

    Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance on our Fixed Line network.
    Customers in the Laxey area will experience a loss of service for up to 15 minutes within the maintenance window.
