However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. Internet
Tuesday 12th November - CHG0059935
Manx Telecom will be carrying out essential Fibre maintenance work to replace a damaged cable.
Some Fibre Broadband customers in the Castletown area will experience a loss of service during the maintenance window.
Maintenance Window: 22:00 12/11/2024 – 08:00 13/11/2024

Manx Telecom will be making upgrades to our Broadband network between midnight and 7am.
During this time there may be some down time for customers in the following areas, Douglas, Onchan, Santon, Port Erin, Port St Mary, Colby, Castletown, Ballasalla and surrounding areas.
Manx Telecom appreciate your understanding and support whilst we make these important upgrades.
If your router is not connected after 7am we would recommend rebooting the router to reset the connection to the network.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
