Network Status

Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    Saturday 3rd December - CHG0052457

    Manx Telecom engineers will be working on our Ebiz platform.

    Work will take place between 9am and 12:30pm on 3rd December.

    Monday 5th December - Friday 9th December - CHG0052226

    Manx Telecom engineers will be working on our fixed line and broadband DSL network in the Ballagawne Road, Baldrine area.

    Affected customers will experience a service outage of up to 5 hours.

    Work will take place daily between 9am and 4pm from the 5th to 9th December.

  • Mobile

    Friday 2nd December - INC0219980

    Manx Telecom are aware of an issue on our mobile network resulting in reduced coverage in the Athol Street and Circular Road areas of Douglas.

    Engineers are investigating.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

     

    Friday 2nd December - INC0220045

    Manx Telecom are aware of an issue on our mobile network resulting in reduced 2G and 4G coverage in the Dalby Area. 3G is unaffected.

Customer services are open: Mon-Fri 9am-7.30pm; Sat 9am-6pm; Sun – closed.

Our shop opens: Mon/Weds/Thurs/Fri/Sat 9am-5.30pm; Tues 10am-5.30pm; Sun 12pm-4pm.
