Network Status

Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    Sunday 3rd March - CHG0057365

    Engineers will be carrying out maintenance on the Ebiz platform between 09:30 – 13:30 on Sunday the 3rd of March.

    During this time, the cPanel portal will be unavailable.

    Wednesday 6th March - CHG0057384

    Engineers will be carrying out maintenance on our Broadband network.

    Manx Telecom DSL & Fibre broadband customer may experience a slight interruption to service during the maintenance.

  • Fixed Line

    Monday 4th March  - CHG0057352

    Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance on our Fixed Line network.

    Customers in St Johns, Peel, Kirk Michael, Sulby, Andreas, Ramsey, Laxey and the surrounding areas will experience a loss of service for up to 15 minutes within the maintenance window.
