Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    We are pleased to report that there are no issues on our Broadband network.

  • Mobile

    Friday 26th November

    Manx Telecom apologises for the continuing reduced mobile coverage in the Sulby area

    A temporary solution has been installed at the site to provide a degree of coverage to the area for 2G, 3G and 4G. Work to replace the mast and restore full service will progress in 2022, subject to contractor availability and weather

    The main mast suffered significant damage during recent bad weather and now needs to be replaced. We are working with structural engineers to arrange the safe removal and replacement of the mast

    The areas currently that maybe affected are Sulby Village & Sulby Claddaghs and the surrounding areas up to and including: The Curraghs Wildlife Park, Jurby Road between St Judes and Ramsey, Lezayre Road between Sulby and Ramsey, between St Judes and Kerroogarroo and between St Judes and Sandygate.

    Wednesday 1st December

    Manx Telecom will be performing maintenance on their mobile network.

    Maintenance window: 01/12/2021 14:00 - 02/12/2021 06:00

    PostPay mobile subscribers may be unable to send or receive MMS for up to 30 minutes between 22:00 and 04:00.

Customer services are open: Mon-Fri 9am-7.30pm; Sat 9am-6pm; Sun – closed.

Our shop opens: Mon/Weds/Thurs/Fri/Sat 9am-5.30pm; Tues 10am-5.30pm; Sun 12pm-4pm.
