SMS Verification Codes

I am not receiving SMS text verification codes to validate my log in to an app/online account. What can I do?

Automated SMS verification codes rely on a variety of international SMS providers, carrier interconnects and global routes to reach you after requesting one.

On rare occasions, an automated verification SMS might not reach you due to service configuration or restriction on a particular route. This can be dependent on the location of the sending SMS service provider/third party, or carrier interconnect agreements not existing between two or more network providers in the process.

If you do not receive a verification SMS after requesting one, please instead request one of your app’s / online account’s alternative delivery methods such as an email or voice call verification.
