Star Services and Groups Call Free are not available on this tariff.

Low User Choice is NOT available to customers with:

• a business line (including ISDN)
• a Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) service
• another line at the same or any other address
• a line having Broadband
• a line used only as a burglar alarm
• a line that cannot make outgoing calls
• a line that cannot receive incoming calls
• a payphone
• a switchboard or PBX system

Low User Choice cannot be:

• used in conjunction with network by-pass and/or indirect access numbers
• converged with other fixed or mobile accounts
• ebilled
