Calls to 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers consist of an MT access charge of 30p per minute, with the remainder going to the provider of the service.

Notes:

Any call started in a month, will be treated for the entirety of the call, on the basis only of allowances available at the beginning of the call, and any new allowances (i.e. at the beginning of a new month) will ONLY be applied to the account, following the completion of the call e.g. a call made at 23:50 on the last day of the month, and lasting 15 minutes, on an account where all inclusive minutes have been previously used, will be charged for the entirety of the call, and inclusive minutes will only be applied to the tariff plan following the completion of the call.

Paper Bill

An additional charge of £3.60 per month is applicable for new / renewing customers on these tariff plans who choose to receive a paper bill.
